In Frame: the_grim_page_cosplay
Sunshine City Scare, the official "Halloween Prequel" of Florida, is coming this weekend on August 15-16! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the Hilton St Petersburg Bayfront for a convention filled with amazing cosplay and special effects makeup.
This year is going to be special as, not only will the con be in full effect, but some of the production crew for the upcoming indie film, Cosplay/er will be in attendance! I'm beyond excited to be working with the team on this project and can't wait for you all to see what's in store! Here's a peek at some of the other things to expect this weekend:
- Celebrate Cosplay Raffle - the grand prize winner gets a free 1-night hotel stay at next year's Sunshine City Scare!
- A stacked list of vendors in both the vendor room and artist alley
- Fandom Shopping Rewards - spending money with participating vendors earns you tickets to future Florida Comic Cons events!
- Craftsmanship Cosplay Contest
- After Dark: Slash & Splash - a hotel guest exclusive lounge night!
